Learn to bake with the experts

Sean McVey, The Breadwinner’s most senior Master Craftsman Baker, opened The Breadwinner Bakery School in 2007 to pass on years of skill and experience to others. His aim was to teach others how to make good quality, healthy and great tasting baking – free from chemicals and additives.

What’s involved

These techniques are taught one on one, or one to two at The Breadwinner Bakery by one of our Master Craftsman Bakers.  Each class lasts approx. 2 hours and is tailored to suit the individual’s interests and skill.  As well as learning about how to bake, you will also learn a about the history of baking and how The Breadwinner Bakery embraces that sacred tradition.

Aprons, ingredients and recipes are provided – you just need to turn up and enjoy learning new skills. At the end of the class, you take home all the products you bake
