Ordering our products

Ordering information for wholesalers

To ensure you get personal attention, and we fully understand your requirements, all ordering takes place by phone. All orders must be placed by 2.30pm for the following day. Cakes need to be ordered 48 hours in advance.

When ordering you will need to know:

  • the name of the product;
  • the batch size and how many batches you require.

If you have any queries about ordering, or would like more detail on specific products please contact us. While we cannot usually supply ‘test products’, we will do everything we can to ensure you are able to order what you require.

Delivery

The Breadwinner has dedicated vans and drivers to ensure deliveries can be made at a time that suits your opening times and can work within the constraints of Edinburgh traffic.

Payment

New customers will generally need to make payment on delivery. Assuming prompt payment is maintained, customers can negotiate to be invoiced on a monthly basis. Our terms are 30 days. Payment can be received by cash, cheque or BACS transfer.
