We
are committed to honest and close relationships with customers,

We
have followed a policy from the outset not
to use chemicals, additives or preservatives in the making of our
baked products therefore we are in the position to respond to the
growing demand for healthy, wholesome food. We have recently decided
to exclude all nuts from our bakery and our product range.

We
have a team of master bakers who have been trained in the craft
of baking. These bakers show a love of the art of baking and use
their skill to create new products.

We
are able to adapt quickly to and influence market trends as we do
not use custom built machinery, which makes it difficult to change
product requirements. We rely again on the experience and adaptability
of our bakers.

We
do not use any animal fats in the baking of our breads, rolls and
cakes. We also have an extensive range of vegetarian savouries.

We
use where possible the freshest ingredients bought from specialist
local suppliers.

We
provide a personalised client service being able to customise our
products to suit individual client requirements.

We
work closely with our local Environmental Health Department to ensure
our food safety procedures surpass food hygiene health and safety
requirements.
